About Adam Martin
I have been in Arizona for 6 years and licensed for 4 years. I started the IPA Home Group 2 years ago with the intention to be an educator of real estate for my clients. I pride myself on the three pillars of IPA Home Group – Integrity, Professionalism, and Advocacy. The process of buying and selling a home is detailed, complicated, and overwhelming at times. My job is to simplify that process and make sure that my clients understand what is happening and what is coming up. I thoroughly enjoy the process and the experience I get to share with my clients.
Personally, I am a proud single father and have continued that journey through foster care. My two remaining girls in my home have been with me for over 3 years and I love watching them grow into the young women they have become. I love being a mentor, a friend, and a parent to them just as though they were my own flesh and blood. Besides being a father, I love sports, the outdoors (even the summers in Arizona) and spending time with family and friends.
