Catherine Caldwell

I have lived in Salem all of my life, and graduated from McKay High School. I attended Western Oregon University and received a bachelor’s degree in education. After staying at home with my four children until they reached school age, I started substitute teaching for Salem-Keizer school district. Having done that for about 15 years, until my children graduated high school, I decided it was time to pursue a new career. After selling and purchasing a few homes over the years, the preparation and process sparked a real passion in real estate for me, so I decided to obtain my license. I have been practicing real estate for over 10 years now. 

I can really relate and empathize with the major decision making that comes with buying and selling homes. Through years of teaching I have learned to adapt to all kinds of situations, multi-task, and sometimes just add some humor, in order to have success. I want to help people achieve their goals and enjoy the experience that goes with that. I want the real estate experience for my client to be rewarding, and I want them to feel like I care and will be there to support them. I work with my daughter on a team and together we have really been able to fill different roles to make our clients experience top notch. Having two agents on your side ensures that you will get a quick response and never feel lost throughout the process. 

In my spare time, not sure when that is, I love spending time with my family. I have four children of my own, two step children and I am also a Grandma of 7. As a family we try to spend at least one week a summer together, whether that be camping, rafting, or just enjoying the sun.
